When your closing dates do not line up, or you are renovating, your things wait in wooden storage vaults that are packed at your home, sealed, and opened only when they arrive at the new one. Nothing is unloaded and reloaded in between.

How crate storage works
Each vault is handled by forklift, not by hand, from the day it is sealed to the day it is opened.

Loaded at home
The crew packs your furniture and boxes into vaults on the truck, wrapped and listed on the inventory.

Sealed and numbered
Each vault is closed with a numbered seal. You get the seal numbers with your inventory.

Stored in the GTA
Vaults are stacked in our monitored, temperature-moderated warehouse in the GTA.

Opened at your door
Vaults are delivered and the seals are broken in front of you at your new home.
When storage helps
- Between closing dates. A week or two between selling and buying is common in Toronto. Your things stay sealed until you have the keys.
- During a renovation. Clear the rooms being worked on and keep everything safe from dust.
- Before a long-distance move. Load now, deliver when your new home is ready.
- Downsizing. Store what you are not sure about while you decide.
How many vaults will I need?
One vault holds roughly one furnished bedroom. A one-bedroom condo usually fills two or three, and a three-bedroom house five to seven. The estimator suggests a number from your home size.
Can I get something out of storage?
Yes. Book an access visit with 48 hours' notice and your vault is brought to a private bay. Visits are by appointment because the warehouse is not open to the public.
Is there a minimum storage period?
No minimum for storage between moves. You pay for each month or part month, and we deliver whenever your new home is ready.
